I. PRIVACY POLICY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Tecsur S.A. guarantees the absolute confidentiality and adequate treatment of the personal data of our users in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law – Law N° 29733, its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree N° 003-2013-JUS and amendments (“the Personal Data Protection Regulations”).

1. Processing and transfer of your personal data

In accordance with the Rules for the Protection of Personal Data, the user hereby gives his/her consent to the use, processing and/or transfer of the personal data provided to Tecsur S.A. by any means from the moment of his/her entry or use of the portal, for the purposes set forth below.

These will be incorporated into the user database of Tecsur S.A., to use them in the offering of our products, attention to commercial requirements, sending quotations and technical and commercial information in general, acquisition of services, sending advertising by any means, technical support, sending invitations to activities convened by Tecsur S.A. or its business partners, for statistical purposes, institutional and administrative management; and will be kept while they are useful for the company to provide and offer its services and process them.

Likewise, according to the rules of personal data protection, the user authorizes that his personal data may be shared with authorities related to the system of prevention of money laundering, financing of terrorism and authorized third parties, in order to comply with the obligations under Peruvian regulations applicable to Tecsur S.A.

2. Treatment of personal data of minors

Tecsur S.A. only uses the personal data of minors with the prior consent of their parents, guardians or legal representatives. If any minor enters his/her personal data through our website, he/she must request the corresponding permission from his/her parents, guardians or legal representatives, who will be considered responsible for all acts performed by the minors under their care.

Tecsur S.A. reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time and without prior notice. All modifications will come into effect and will be effective against third parties as soon as they are published on this website.
