There are 7 pillars that support our policy.

INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (IMS)
Tecsur establishes and maintains an Integrated Management System (Safety, Occupational Health, Environment and Quality). Having as scope the:
Planning, engineering, logistics services, training, sales of electrical materials and dielectric oil sampling at our headquarters.
Recovery of materials, service of rehabilitated luminaires, sale of recovered materials, maintenance service of distribution transformers and analysis of dielectric oil samples carried out at the address Av. Mariano Pastor Sevilla blocks 3 and 4, San Juan de Miraflores, Department and Province of Lima (Peru).
Implementation, maintenance, supervision of electrical transmission and distribution activities, network maintenance, emergency, hydrocarbon remediation, extraction of dielectric oil samples, implementation of electrical projects and services in the Client’s concession area or other locations determined by the client in Peru.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY
At TECSUR, our priority is to control the risks that affect the safety and health of our employees and/or third parties. As part of our commitments, we maintain a prevention management in order to avoid incidents, accidents and occupational diseases, implementing controls in our activities to make them safe and healthy. We maintain a zero tolerance policy for non-compliance with occupational health and safety standards and refusal to work in the absence of safety conditions; we conduct awareness campaigns for each of our employees and our operations guarantee risk minimization. We work under the following motto: “There is no job so important; no emergency so big that it prevents us from having the necessary time to carry it out safely.”
NATURAL ENVIRONMENT
We joined the “Ayudando Abrigando” Campaign, with the purpose of encouraging and raising awareness about the importance of plastic recycling and environmental preservation; in addition to supporting the areas affected by poverty, frost and cold weather. Tecsur has a Recycling Center which is authorized as a Trading Company where we manage the waste generated by our activities, ensuring its proper reuse and/or final disposal.
